  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Customer Provides Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.

10% Restocking Fee

  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee helps cover the cost of inspecting, restocking, and processing returned items.

No Final Sale Items

  • Please note that final sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds. Final sale items are clearly marked as such on our website at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer support team at sales@godevari.com or call to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to complete the return.
  3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, include the RA number, and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.

Refund Process

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs in such cases.

Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order is shipped, our standard return policy applies.
