Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds Policy

Disputes Accepted Within 5 Days of Delivery
To ensure a timely resolution, all issues with your order (damaged, incorrect, or missing items) must be reported within 5 days of delivery (evidence (photos, videos, etc.) of claim must be submitted within this timeframe).
Returns Not Routinely Accepted
Due to the nature of our business, physical returns are not accepted by default. However, we will resolve any issues via refunds or resends, based on the following conditions:
Please note: Products that are Print-on-Demand (POD), Limited Edition, or Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
🛠 Common Issues & Resolutions
1. Orders Delayed or Not Received
- If your order is lost in transit and not received within 60 days (or 45 days for U.S. orders) from shipment, and tracking has not updated, we can issue a refund or resend.
- If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the item, a non-delivery certificate from your local post office may be required.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
- If an item arrives badly damaged or non-functional, we will offer a full refund or replacement. Evidence of damage must be provided.
- For partial damage (minor scratches or dents), we may issue a partial refund or resend the product based on severity.
3. Incorrect or Missing Items
- If you receive the wrong item, wrong size, or something is missing, we will issue a replacement or full/partial refund depending on the situation.
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or resends in the following cases:
- The customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address.
- The customer experiences buyer’s remorse or changes their mind.
- The customer requests return or refund after 5 days of confirmed delivery.
- Minor variations in color, size, or texture due to manufacturing or display differences.
- Orders for Print-on-Demand or Limited Edition items, unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
❌ Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they are processed and shipped.
Once an order is in production or in transit, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the issue is verified.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
